City Space is a transparent online marketplace for commercial property. We want to make the market for retail space more transparent and efficient, and thereby helping commercial property owners fill their vacant space.

Our goal is to make City Space the leading online marketplace for retail space. Starting with Copenhagen, soon to be followed by Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. Within four years we will be covering all major cities in Northern Europe and Asia.

Commercial property owners list unoccupied space for brands to hire for short spells. This makes it easy for real estate owners to fill their empty spaces, eliminate waste and generate demand. City Space will handle administration and transactions, making short-term rental a pleasant experience for everyone.
Due to the shorter lease period, real estate owners are able to charge a higher daily rate for their retail space, without having any additional costs.

We charge a 10% service fee on each transaction and we aim for a +$20 mill. revenue within 5 years.
