    Specialized in Marketing and Entrepreneurship since her double degree (BBA European Management) from Reims Management School and Lancaster University and passionate about art and creativity. Holds an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from King's College London and has had numerous experiences in various sectors such as Fashion (Valentino, Donna Karan), Art (Saatchi Gallery) and Luxury Craft (Fort Royal). MA Thesis: The Aesthetics of Food.

    Co-founder / Supply Chain & Operations

    Passionate about gastronomy and entrepreneurship, she graduated from the best hospitality school, Ferrandi Paris, with a Bachelor in Restaurant Management. There, she studies applied technique, management issues and has the opportunity to gain multiple experiences in the field of luxury hotels and restaurants, in France (Le George V, Le Meurice) and internationally (Sofitel Buenos Aires), which gave her strong ties with professional chefs.
