Company Summary

People experiencing homelessness need temporary housing but the affordable housing we need will take decades to build. City Pods sell modular sleeping pods, with today's hotel technology, that efficiently convert vacant buildings into temporary accommodations and relocatable for long-term cost efficiency. As travel rebounds, we're well-positioned to provide youth travelers and seasonal workers at expensive resorts with affordable accommodations.
