The App will mainly be divided into 2 parts. The owner will be able to track the property while it is being built. On project completion, the entire complex will be brought into one platform where they can communicate, rent houses/parking lots, buy and sell home appliances, vehicles, and anything else that can be sold. Also, they will be able to take furniture on rent from a third party website/app.
The revenue will mainly come in form of project registration fees by builders and advertisement and commission from sale/rent of property. Various home furnishing/appliances retailers can advertise on our app as the project nears completion and also once completed.
