Dedra has been leading IT strategy and service delivery in higher education for 15 years, and currently focuses on Identity and Access Management services (IAM). She managed the UC Berkeley identity management team for 8 years, chaired the University of California Identity federation for 3 years, and serves on the national Community Identity Framework for Education and Research. She is a regular speaker at national higher ed IT conferences.

Patrick has been working in Identity Management for 11 years. He has developed custom Identity Management systems at Columbia University and Stanford University, worked as a consultant on access control systems and helped build the identity layer for several SaaS products. Patrick has a Masters degree in computer security and loves testing his co-workers' code for vulnerabilities.
