    Bill has been a management consultant, trainer, and spent 13 years with Lockheed Martin, serving as system engineer, engineering lead, and project manager of several system integration projects. Before that he worked for the Canadian Federal Service. Bill is maintainer of FreeOpenSourceSoftware.org, author of LivingInternet.com, and collector of the best practices collection FunStandard.org. He received a Ph.D. (C.S.) from UNB in 1992.
