James brings a strong culinary and management background. For the past 25 years, he has managed professional kitchens in diverse restaurants, hotels and restaurants throughout the US and Mexico. He is currently the Executive Chef at Gibson Island Club (beta client) on the Eastern Shore. Prior to that he was Executive Chef for the Sulgrave Club in Washington, DC, a private club that produces $3.2 million in food and beverage sales annually.

Dave is an innovative technology leader, balancing the needs of the business and leveraging the best trends of modern technical advances. A 30-year veteran of consumer software development, Dave has led technical innovation efforts for companies like Adobe, AOL and Condé Nast. Dave also brings successful Internet startup experience, having most recently led engineering efforts at ZipList, acquired by Condé Nast in 2012.

Jorge is a graduate of Florida State University. He has more than a decade of experience in the culinary industry, and more than twenty years managing purchasing and inventory for hospitality establishments. He currently serves as Director of Purchasing for the Washington Nationals, a Major League Baseball team based in Washington, DC

Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in senior and executive level positions leading financial operations along with the overall strategic direction of the company. He also led Treasury, HR and IT operations as well. Most of his career has been spent with private investor or venture backed companies. He was instrumental leading Digene through it's IPO as well as leading due diligence for multiple M&A transactions.

Prady has over 25 years’ experience in product design. He is revered and respected by his industry peers as a highly creative product design leader. His command and understanding of every aspect of digital transformation and user experience design is unparalleled in the industry.
