We are creating a marketplace to disrupt the very large ($150 billion per year) warehouse industry that is currently very inefficient. We will facilitate matching companies with extra space in their warehouse with companies who need additional space on a short term basis, typically 3-12 months. Due to the long term lease requirements (5-10 years) in this industry there is a constant battle between having too much space and not enough space.
