Dr. William E. Bernier is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChromaNanoTech, LLC. He has 34 years of industrial experience with technical and management positions in materials and process development, product qualification and manufacturing involving nanotechnology. William Bernier has a PhD in Chemistry, MBA certificate in project management, and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Ken has completed his PhD in Chemistry with focus on material science in the Chemistry Department at Binghamton University in May 2015. He is a co-founder of ChromaNanoTech, LLC and coinventor on the pending patent for optical nanomaterial, intimately familiar with the fabrication process, and and driving scale up of production manufacturing for ChromaNanoTech, LLC. He has worked photovoltaic solar cells, and conductive polymer films.
