Our general commission structure per sale is a minimum of 600$ per sale, upwards of 1,500 per sale. We will be looking to grow within the first three months to double the agents. We will be paying our agents on a draw structure per sale they produce. Our current overhead per month is 1,374$ per month to run our office efficiently. We are expecting a minimum of 8 sales per week out of our office.
