We’ve created a peer-to-peer marketplace where banks can rent collateral directly from companies with collateral to spare at a much lower cost. Think of our solution this way: on the one hand are banks that need lower cost collateral to create trading capacity; and, on the other hand are insurance companies, state agencies or pension funds that have collateral to spare and available to rent at a much lower cost.
