Chorda Symphonia is a new string orchestra being formed to operate to promote interest in and appreciation of symphonic and chamber music, including specifically the classical works and compositions of underrepresented composers (women, African, Hispanic, Native-American and African-American), including the sponsorship and presentation of performances for the general public.
