He lead Pyxis Corporation from a 3 product company to more than 70 in 26 countries and increasing revenues from $212m to $807m and 4.5 times valuation increase to $4.5b. In 2009 after being recruited by investors as CEO of Forhealth Technologies he led them to an acquisition by Baxa Corporation.

Dr. Miner has a internal medicine practice located in Darien, Ct. which he began in 1982. In 2006 he adopted a hybrid concierge practice model. He is on the active staff of The Stamford Hospital, Stamford, Connecticut, and serves on The Board of Directors of The Stamford Health System and The Stamford Hospital Foundation. He is an Instructor (part-time) in Clinical Medicine, Columbia University, N.Y., N.Y.

Mr. Brickley, as Former Founder/CEO of eMarketWorld assembled >200 employees producing >50 tradeshows & virtual communities in 14 vertical industries in 15 mo.s. The former Exec Director of the assn. for concierge physicians Brickley helped MDs recruit new patients and improve their financials. He was co-founder/officer of the Intn'l Medical Travel Assn of the Americas, eHealth Initiative & The Future Advertising Stakeholders Initiative with P&G.

Ms Angstadt provides significant management expertise in operations, finance, human resources and information technology & is versed in the turn-key implementation of concierge physician practice conversions. As a Director with Warren Whitney she has developed several years of key management expertise in rolling out a concierge physician hybrid models. She has served >25 clients across 14 industries, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Mr. Warren, as CFO, he is responsible for banking relations, financial systems, and general mgmt decisions for the company. Mr. Warren has extensive mgmt and operational experience with concierge practices. He has worked with clients requiring senior level business, financial management, or systems expertise, with 20 yrs of experience in helping manage change.
