Company Summary

I am looking to bring my innovative beer recipes to the public. I am looking to do so in the small town of Barryton, Michigan. I feel that the building that I am looking to house my business will offer great potential for significant growth. My beer recipes that I will be showcasing, will include a chocolate peanut butter stout that Charlie Papazian complimented via social media.

    I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where I was the lead beer tutor. I have brewed for many distinguished events including CIA's Oktoberfest celebration and the National Homebrewer Conference. I have had the opportunity to brew beer tasted by Charlie Papazian, Brewer's Association President. I have only experienced small batch brewing, and would like to bring my skills to the masses.
