Chinook Innovation has been trying to get Quasar PSD units to market since October 2010. The Canadian RCMP have classified this product as a prohibited weapon and have referred to them as TASERS. Canada does not want this product therefore Quasar PSD units need to be in the USA and beyond where they can evolve.
