Company Summary

ChemICare has developed patented small molecules able to modulate Store-operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE). Ca2+ overload associated with SOCE overactivation has been proved to be the key trigger in some unmet medical needs, including tubular aggregate myopathies and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The preclinical data obtained demonstrate that our lead compound CIC-39 contrasts the onset of these disorders, pointing it as a novel therapeutic strategy.
