    Martha Madison has been managing and operating restaurants since 1995. While Madison's career began as a bartender, she has owned and operated her own restaurant in Los Angeles since 2008. In addition to front of house operations, Madison also has an extensive background in restaurant accounting and loss prevention/inventory management.
