Chef Colette is a holistic chef and consultant with a background in nutrition. She is specialized in green, clean, and plant-based vegan/vegetarian cuisine, and has designed detox programs, recipes, and menus for some of the world’s best detox spas, hotels and retreats in countries such as Thailand and Costa Rica. She has 15 years experience building restaurant operations including chef training, hiring and corporate lunch catering operations.
