J. Peter (Pete) Melrose, BA, a recently retired Healthcare and Life Sciences Marketing Manager for IBM Application & Middleware (AIM), has worked for more than forty years as a healthcare IT developer, manager, consultant and hospital CIO. Currently, he is President and CEO of CHARTSaaS.org, a not-for-profit corporation he founded to provide AIM and analytic software as a service to medical/healthcare subscribers for process/decision automation.

John L. Buck, MS, a recently retired special education teacher and program director, has worked for more than twenty years in various education roles, following his honorable discharge as a Lieutenant Colonel after almost twenty years in the U.S. Army in combat, intelligence, electronic warfare and information technology. He is a Bronze Star recipient, and has served on staff and as Board of Directors Chair for various educational organizations.

Kevin J. McLaughlin, MA, a currently active businessman serving as Vice President Sales & Marketing for a successful powerboat corporation selling to government customers, is a U.S. Army veteran with a forty-year career in various business and finance roles for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. His history includes hospital Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors member, and other leadership roles focused on corporate turnarounds.
