Currently, he is President and CEO of CHARTSaaS.org, a not-for-profit corporation he founded to provide AIM and analytic software as a service to medical/healthcare subscribers for process/decision automation.

Buck, MS, a recently retired special education teacher and program director, has worked for more than twenty years in various education roles, following his honorable discharge as a Lieutenant Colonel after almost twenty years in the U.S. Army in combat, intelligence, electronic warfare and information technology. He is a Bronze Star recipient, and has served on staff and as Board of Directors Chair for various educational organizations.

His history includes hospital Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors member, and other leadership roles focused on corporate turnarounds.
