Dr. Yevgen Borodin is leading Charmtech's overall research and development efforts. Yevgen has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University. He is a leading researcher in the field of Web Accessibility focusing on web content analysis, information retrieval, dialog interfaces, and machine learning. His innovative research has resulted in over 30 publications and led to numerous awards.

Dr. Yury Puzis is in charge of product development and accessibility research. With over a dozen of research papers, Yury's expertise is in Web Automation, Web Accessibility, Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Automated Reasoning, and Computational Geometry.

Dr. I.V. Ramakrishnan is advising Charmtech on the best practices in Computer Science research. Dr. Ramakrishnan has over 7 years of research experience in web technologies, particularly, assistive web browsers for visually impaired individuals. Dr. Ramakrishnan's general areas of expertise are in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Computing With Logic, and Machine Learning. He has co-authored over 150 publications.

Sha Li, Office Manager, is responsible for business administration and development. With an MBA in marketing, Lisha manages daily operations and executes strategic marketing plans. She leads Charmtech's outreach efforts and manages the marketing team. Lisha also oversees human resources, accounting, compliance, and sales.

Glenn Dausch is responsible for assessing the usability and accessibility of the products. With a B.A. in Psychology from Dowling College, Glenn is an expert on assistive technologies used by blind individuals. Being blind himself, he has a keen understanding of the non-visual information consumption. Throughout his life, he has used numerous assistive technology tools for education, employment, and leisure.
