Benjamin started Benjamin Oliver Architectural Design in 2010. The first project was to develop 52 acres of raw land and to design and build a custom home. The company is currently under contract to design one of the largest commercial developments in Connecticut. His experience, vision and ability to lead will be an asset to the project and will establish a work ethic for the company.

Billie Sue McCarthy has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years. First learning the concrete trade in the field then moving into estimating, project managing, and is currently acting as the executive manager at McCarthy Concrete. She maintains the companies daily focus as well as the direction and future goals of the business. Billie is currently attending UCONN to attain her accounting degree.

Anthony has been building entrepreneurial experience in start-ups since 1982. He currently is the Vice President and head of operations for McCarthy Concrete, a family-owned business with average annual sales of $8-10M. His leadership experience and business background in construction will be an asset to the start-up and construction phases.
