Our Mission at Change Composites is to encourage extreme athletes to pursue their passion while keeping them as safe as possible by providing advanced protection gear through the use of environmentally sustainable composite materials paired with breakthrough design in shock mitigation. The CEO and founder, Nate Saam has experienced two traumatic brain injuries while biking which led to the goal of creating the safest cycling helmet on the market.

He has applied this training at multiple start-ups in a variety of roles including product development, project management, material characterization and testing, process development, and production. Clint is the past-President of the Bicycle Racing Association of Colorado.
