Company Summary

Identifying true talent in entry-level candidates is very difficult. Simply asking candidates questions about their skills is not effective. We help companies find top talent by using behavioral science in our collaborative hands-on games that let them assess soft skills, personality and cultural fit. Our customers are companies who recruit entry-level and solve their problems through the use of teams. These range from E&Y to Lockheed Martin.

He was the Binghamton University School of Management 2012 Student of the Year out of 650 candidates for success in academics, involvement in community service, leadership on campus, and impact on the school. He interned at Goldman Sachs & Citi Group in the investment banking divisions. As a sophomore, he started a not-for-profit that held recruiting events for top companies.

As a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Student Entrepreneurial Society, he has been a leader of his campus and peers. He played D1 soccer and comeback after two successive ACLs. Time to succeed.
