    Jake Hammock is a futurist, entrepreneur, and technologist. His portfolio includes government and commercial technical leadership, with over a decade of innovative technology management positions. Jake served for several years within the US Intelligence Community and US Department of Defense, leading sensitive intelligence operations for the US government. He is highly skilled at R&D leadership, corporate governance, and humanitarian operations.

  • Co-Founder & COO

    Sam, a U.S. Army Veteran, came to Chaac from Uber Technologies, where he led Uber's global security operations. He was a former Director at the Department of Energy and is skilled an operational governance, risk management, and market traction strategy with over 20 years of senior leadership experience. Sam has a deep understanding of energy markets, strategic corporate growth, and operations development to effectively scale business impact.
