We conduct investigations, analysis and intelligence assessments for federal agencies, private law firms and private companies. Our primary customers are federal agencies that we provide data fusion services to with a special emphasis on internet and social media data. We would like to expand our services in the commercial market focusing on risk assessments and ediscovery services using our PRISM social media aggregation and analysis tool.

  • Carl Florez
    President

    Mr. Florez retired from the FBI in 2002 where he oversaw Cyber Investigations Operations. He created CES in 2003 with a focus on investigations, analytics and intelligence. Mr. Florez developed the PRISM social media tool to assist with investigations and intelligence operations focusing on Internet and Social Media based data.

  • Roger Morrison
    VP of Operations

    Mr. Morrison is a retired FBI senior executive who oversaw terrorist intelligence operations. Mr. Morrison manages and oversees the development and marketing of the CES PRISM social media tool as well as oversight of all CES investigative and intelligence operations.

  • Blake Haase
    PRISM Program Director

    Mr. Haase is an attorney for CES where he provides hands on guidance on the development of the CES PRISM social media tool. Mr. Haase is an expert in the the legal issues involved in accessing and utilizing open source social media data.
