She has been creating & leading social ventures since 1987, and has built her body of knowledge around multi-sectoral collaboration and entrepreneurship for social change.

Eli MalinskyDirector, Strategy & Partnerships
Eli Malinsky has been working to spur collaboration and entrepreneurship within Toronto’s social change sector over the past ten years. In 2005, Eli joined the Centre for Social Innovation to help fulfill the organization’s strategic and programming vision. Eli has a master’s degree in Communication and Cultural Studies and has a special interest in complexity science and network theory.

Dave KranenburgDirector, Programming
Dave Kranenburg co-founded the University of Guelph chapter of Meal Exchange in 1997 and was a founding member of the national organization as a student director when it received charitable registration status in 1998. Serving as the Executive Director of Meal Exchange from 2004 to 2012, he was a nominee for the Schwab Foundation’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2007.
