Company Summary

My firm, Hamptonshire Berkly, Ltd has developed a concept that is absolutely the only type of its kind.

It has designed an adventure to be experienced at a timeshare which will be immediately recognizable for what it is which is the most unique, yet outstandingly applicable adventure for anyone purchasing it.

it will be branded with a slogan and a logo. The market it reaches is the stable environment of buyers of resort, casino, and general timeshares, to include exotic location timeshares. As well, it will capture the secondary-market of users of timeshares (renters of timeshare units from owners), and well as marketers who sell timeshares (entrepreneurs, tourism agencies/agents).

The sales of such an adventure will instantly provide recognition of the tourism experience, and potential offer a boost of timeshare rates worldwide at all levels regardless of location. The product is easily scalable and replicable, subject only to the costs willing to be expended by the purchaser, and will deliver a finished product that has no lifespan or shelf life.

The adventure will be continuously discussed at dinner parties, corporate retreats, and by the media. The product purchase is repeatable, over and over again regardless that it has no life span. It will be blogged about. The consummate buyers' age of this product ranges in age from 25 all the way to 80, medically conditioned upon the buyer's personal capabilities.

The finished product includes the outstanding memorialization of the adventure, a gala dinner to commemorate the adventure, and initiation into an elite club of other adventurers. The adventure will begin approximately 3 months prior to its actual start date.

This funding request is for $250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars). This will support start-up costs/expenses, and amongst other things, exclusivity negotiations. Where casinos, resorts, and timeshare locations desire exclusivity contracts, these are expected to be sold for approximately $150,000 at each location owned by those companies. As an example, a resort in Mazatlan, Mexico may want 4 of its adjacent locations to have exclusivity against another resort being able to offer the adventure. This translates to $150,000 x 4 = $600,000. However, this will be on a case-by-case basis and boxed out where the local economy supports denying such exclusivity.

The amount of $250,000 does not include a request for an additional $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars) needed for use in initiating the product's media and marketing campaign in selected worldwide locations. An alternative set of investment options are included on the last page of the pitch deck.

Thank you for your consideration and interest.
