I'm a senior citizen with a lot of energy. Retired, I've always wanted another restaurant to run, but brick and mortar food businesses are not very flexible if you choose the wrong location. A Food Truck is perfect fit for a someone who seeks his own business. From an entrepreneurial standpoint, kiosks, carts, trailers, and food trucks have a lower overhead than restaurants and can be moved if one location does not generate enough business.
