Alex has career experience leading early-stage life science ventures. He has successfully managed exits and integrations. He has led this team through rounds of state and private investment funding and developed strategic relationships with potential licensees and collaborators.

Dr. Schmuck is the inventor of Cellular Logistics’ extracellular matrix technology and is the company’s chief science officer. He also serves as director of translational research in the laboratory of co-founder Dr. Amish Raval at UW-Madison. Dr. Schmuck’s research centers on therapies for cardiac regeneration. Dr. Schmuck earned his master’s degree and doctorate in human physiology from UW-Madison.

Amish is an interventional cardiologist, Professor of Medicine & Biomedical Engineering at UW-Madison, Director of the ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction Program and Chair of the Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine Focus Group. He is an expert in therapeutic delivery for cardiovascular disease.

Peiman is a Tenured Professor of Medicine and Biomedical Engineering and Director of Clinical Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health with experience discovering novel cardiovascular regenerative medicine agents and developing minimally invasive delivery methods.
