Cellout is a phone service for people who can't afford today's high cell phone service prices and don't want to be bound to a contract. To reduce our service prices, advertisements will be played before calls. Ads will also be appended to the ends of text messages. Ads can be location targeted and contextual based on text message content. Ads will pay for the costs of being an MVNO and significantly decrease the end user prices.
