CellX Technologies is seeking to raise an additional $2.5M by way of offering a convertible note with an $8 M valuation. CellX a private corp was developed at Dr. George Muschler's lab at the Cleveland Clinic, with design, and engineering by Parker Hannifin. This is the only end to end, AI-driven system for deep learning in cell culture, process development, and the manufacturing of cell products. We have an estimated 36-month exit horizon.
