The project involves the establishment of a third consortium, (Thirdy Party Neutral Validation) with respect to the parties involved in the transactions, which will have to create and manage an Infrastructure for businesses, through the creation of exhibition rooms, with the simultaneous support of web platforms E-Procurement with Blockchain Technology.
