We have owned 3 restaurants and a catering company. 2 in Sweden & 2 in California. All organic/vegetarian. This restaurant is organic raw and cooked vegan food, my specialty. It has a food for free/donation program for those who want to eat good healthy food, but cannot afford it. This is a program that we will continue. Plus we will offer high quality healthy food that taste fantastic. This will be family owned and operated.
