Mr. Gene Cherner, President & CEO, received his MBA from CMU. During Mr. Cherner’s employment at Wells Fargo & Co. he worked as a Sr. Consultant in M&A. Mr. Cherner performed company valuations, directed client engagement teams, and executed due diligence projects. Mr. Cherner later held the title of Director of M&A at CBIZ, Inc. and worked directly with the CEO and COO to drive and facilitate strategic business growth.

Mr. Steve Overholt, COO has over 30 years of business experience, ranging from entrepreneurship to R&D in the labs of large corporations, manufacturing, operations control, marketing, and technology commercialization consulting. He has founded two companies with international reach, one of which was sold to a public company in 2008. Overholt holds five patents, and products based on his inventions have been on the market for over 12 years.
