Mr. Cronin is the Founder and CEO of CBC Realty Investments and the manager of CBC Fund 1. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Cronin has been involved in a wide variety of real estate transactions including land acquisitions, subdivision development and complete rehabs. Mr. Cronin is a licensed GC and real estate agent in MA. He graduated from Keene State College in 1989 with a BA in Building Construction Management.

Mr. Foley is directing business development efforts and brings more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry to the organization. He has held senior roles at numerous world class firms including Fidelity Investments, Bear Stearns, and ING. Mr. Foley is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and has an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston.

Ms. Rodrigues brings over 20 years of real estate experience to the organization. She has expertise both on the lending side (assisting banking institutions through the foreclosure process) and the buying side (as Director of Investor Relations for a national home-buying company). Ms. Rodrigues is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Greater Boston Association of Realtors, and the Boston Real Estate Investors Association.

WIth 23 years of experience in the banking, accounting and finance fields, Carol Hajali specializes in account management for developers and general contractors. She is certified in leading accounting software including Quickbooks, Quicken, Peachtree and MYOB. As CBC's bookkeeper, she runs the daily, monthly and quarterly reports.
