Gagan Dhillon is one of the founders of Cause.it. He's a 20 year old entrepreneur who was born and raised on the west coast and moved to Indiana in 2005. Gagan was attending Indiana University's Kelley School of Business pursuing a Finance degree before taking a leave of absence to focus on Cause.it.

At Cause.it he heads up all major business and nonprofit partnerships and is also in charge of running the day to day operations of the company.

Andrew Blejde is one of the founders of Cause.it and also a 20 year old entrepreneur. Andrew hails from a strong background in computer technologies and has been at the forefront leading the backend development of the Cause.it platform. Andrew was previously studying Computer Science at Purdue University before taking a leave of absence to focus on Cause.it.

Andrew Westberg joined Cause.it as its primary software engineer earlier this year after a long stint in private software consulting. Andrew hails from an impressive tech and computer background and worked at Caterpillar as a software engineer after graduating Western Illinois University with a Computer Science and math degree.

Steve Rusche serves as the part time Chief Operating Officer of Cause.it. Steve perviously founded and sold E-Tapestry to Blackbaud in 2007 and had been in semi retirement since then.

He hails from an impressive nonprofit tech background and was instrumental in helping E-Tapestry attain over 6000 paying customers on its platforms during his time there.

Steve is instrumental in developing an effective scaling strategy for the Cause.it platf
