An Organizational Psychologist who has spent the past seven years working with nonprofit organizations in Africa and the United States. Realizing that current funding sources are unsustainable, Vilelle identified the potential for the Cause model to improve efficiency in both charitable giving and grassroots development. Vilelle has significant management and start-up experience, having assisted with the founding and operation of over 100 SMEs.

Dr. Ratwani is a Cognitive Psychologist who is passionate about the development of social enterprises and how they can sustainably impact people’s lives. Having spent over eight years working in the private sector and academia, Dr. Ratwani brings a rigorous methodology to this project.

A veteran of over 15 years in the restaurant business, Jarecki brings an excellent reputation for service, quality, a warm personal touch and an eye for talent to Cause. Cause will be the 10th restaurant/bar opening for John.

After graduating culinary school in 1994, Pressley opened the Red Sage Café, the Café on M and the Clarendon Grill as a cook/sous chef, opened Olives and Charlie Palmer Steak as a waiter, opened Tallula and Poste as their general manager, opened Rustico and Buzz as their director of operations, opened Spider Kelly’s and the Light Horse as a consultant and opened Eventide as a partner/general manager.
