CCI makes the patent protected DualCap System, which protects hospital patients from deadly IV infections. Hospitals seek device solutions as infections cost billions and there is no reimbursement. Prior, he was President of Bard Access Systems where he grew the central venous access business through internal growth and a series of technology and business acquisitions. Guy sits on the Boards of several medical device companies. He has a PhD from Georgetown University and a MBA.

Prior, he was the Dir. of R&D at Johnson & Johnson Medical-Vascular Access. Don also spent 14 years at Becton Dickinson where he served as a Worldwide Dir. of R&D. He holds over 60 patents and has a PhD from Case Western Reserve and BS in Chemistry from Weber State.

    David has 17 years’ experience in operating and advisory roles. Most recently he was CFO of SJW Corp. (NYSE: SJW). He was also CFO of SHPI (OTC: SHPI) and instrumental in its sale to C.R. Bard. David was also an advisor to life science companies with Ernst & Young and Duff & Phelps. David received an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester and a BS in chemistry from the State University of New York. He is a registered CPA.
