Guy spent over 35 years in the medical industry. He was Group President at C.R. Bard with global responsibility for the oncology business and for all of Bard's R&D. Prior, he was President of Bard Access Systems where he grew the central venous access business through internal growth and a series of technology and business acquisitions. Guy sits on the Boards of several medical device companies. He has a PhD from Georgetown University and a MBA.

Vicki E. Farrar, Esq.Chief Executive Officer, Director and Co-founder
Vicki’s experience as a VP in life science start-ups and as an attorney for 30 years in the medical device and pharmaceutical fields, specializing in world-wide IP strategy, is vital to her CEO role. Prior to her work at start-ups, Vicki was in private practice at Covington & Burling, of counsel at Irell & Manella and a partner at Morrison & Foerester.

Don has 30 years of healthcare experience, with a focus in vascular access technology. Most recently he was COO, CTO and Dir. of SHPI (OTC: SHPI), which was acquired by C.R. Bard. Prior, he was the Dir. of R&D at Johnson & Johnson Medical-Vascular Access. Don also spent 14 years at Becton Dickinson where he served as a Worldwide Dir. of R&D. He holds over 60 patents and has a PhD from Case Western Reserve and BS in Chemistry from Weber State.

David has 17 years’ experience in operating and advisory roles. Most recently he was CFO of SJW Corp. (NYSE: SJW). He was also CFO of SHPI (OTC: SHPI) and instrumental in its sale to C.R. Bard. David was also an advisor to life science companies with Ernst & Young and Duff & Phelps. David received an MBA in finance from the University of Rochester and a BS in chemistry from the State University of New York. He is a registered CPA.
