Edmundo Costa, CEO, has lead Catbird’s virtualization security strategy. Mr. Costa has more than twenty years of sales and sales management experience in the software industry most recently as Sr. VP Sales at Tarantella (NASDAQ TTLA), subsequently sold to Sun Microsystems in 2005.

CTO, with over 20 years of security industry experience including five years as a security incident investigator at Cisco, contract CISO at Agile and NetApp. SME in virtualization and cloud security.

Over 20 years experience developing successful marketing programs and establishing brand recognition for cutting-edge technology. She joins Catbird after marketing and sales roles at Tarantella where she was responsible for creating product awareness ultimately establishing a popularly-recognized brand for the company in a field with competitors many times its size. She was previous in marketing roles at SCO, Novell and Bell Labs.

He founded his first start up during his final year at college. The technology was sold to America Online to enhance AOL's Instant Messenger product (AIM). After leaving AOL in 2005, he founded Periscan, a vulnerability scanning company that was acquired by Catbird in 2007. He now leads the Catbird engineering team.

Technology Entrepreneur that has co-founded and sold 12 companies predominately in Networking Technology and Internet Infrastructure areas. Have diversified into early stage venture capital based on this prior expertise and have funded over 35 other companies since 1996. Currently sitting on 6 boards of directors, and have been on over 30 boards including public companies.
