Mr. Verdun has over 40 years in the financial services industry where he advised clients on financial planning, with heavy emphasis on tax strategies for accredited investors. Mr. Verdun currently works as an Independent Agent consulting to individuals and corporations.

He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and studied at the United States Internal University School of Law in San Diego, California.

Sean is currently the CEO of Aspen Creek Ventures, a boutique private equity firm. He brings over 25 years of experience in fund and investment management in structured finance, mortgage and derivative asset classes.

He has broad global relationships across investment banking, capital markets and legal industries. Sean holds a B.S. from San Jose State University and an Executive MBA from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.

Doug has spent the last 23 years in IT and 18 years in the financial payments and prepaid/debit industry, working and collaborating with several large corporate clients and other solutions companies. He has a deep level of experience in all aspects of domestic and international payment solutions, custom software development, operations, mobile payments, and sales and marketing.
