Justin has worked within the card payment and crypto industry for the last 8 years. Prior to entering the payments world, Justin invested in and exited AIM-listed Kurawood plc (environmental sciences), IncaGold plc (eGaming) and Flintstone Technologies plc, (technology incubator). Justin holds a Masters degree in Finance and
Investment from Exeter University and has been a Certified Professional with the Digital Currency Council since 2012.

Michael has more than thirty years’ experience in the international finance arena across virtually all financial services, payment services and systems, electronic marketplaces, e-commerce and market infrastructures. Before joining Cashsmiths, Michael worked at SWIFT in multiple leadership capacities in Europe, Asia and the US.

David is an experienced management accountant having run two successful Accountancy Practices since 2002 working with start-ups and established small and medium sized enterprises across the UK. David has also been a successful entrepreneur during this time, launching and exiting a recruitment business whilst currently holding interest in a chain of gastro pubs, an audit business and several accounting subsidiaries.

Robert is a multi-award winning designer of digital business apps utilising artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things and process automation. A founder member of Innovate Finance, Robert has represented the UK’s fintech sector at various UK Government roundtables. Roberts awards include Best Cross Border Payment Solution, Most Disruptive Payments Technology and three awards for his ‘Bank in a Box’ community banking concept.

Lee is an accredited compliance professional with over 20 years’ experience providing both consultancy services to top tier financial services companies including the likes of JP Morgan, Barclays Investment Bank, Lloyds Banking Group. Coutts, UBS and Brewin Dolphin and a spell working at the then Financial Services Authority. Lee graduated with an honours degree in Urban Studies from Sheffield Hallam University in 1996.

John brings over 20 years of experience in banking with Barclays Bank including as part of their original information security senior management team. Alongside his role with Cashsmiths, John is also an ambassador for TrustChains, an advisory member of data optimization entity Alqami, a founder shareholder of security company Sequrest and a shareholder of TBGIN Holdings. John is also a member the Conservative Science & Technology Forum.
