Ray spent ten years in California growing medicinal marijuana for the medical market. He developed techniques for high-grade marijuana and produces consistently quality product. Ray moved to Washington in 2012 and began producing for the Washington market and has been assisting in the development of new growing techniques that will be more appropriate to large-scale production.

Mike Frost worked in state government for many years in technology before venturing into the business and medical world developing oil extract products for the medical marijuana market. He currently produces high-quality RSO (edible oil extract targeted for cancer patients) and oil extract refill tubes for vapor pens.

Leo has experience in the pharmaceutical industry overseeing the planning and implementation of warehouse manufacturing projects. Leo is currently helping Cascadia as a contract consultant.

Craig has extensive experience launching companies and finding investors. He has worked for companies like Visualant and Extension Desk and currently is assisting in the corproate development and financing of Cascadia as a consultant.
