Mr. Brown has 25 years of experience in advising organizations on account, taxation and corporate finance issues. Michael has supported a variety of industries including engineering firms developing laboratories, and facilities for medical centers. His practice includes advising municipal and state government agencies and supporting corporate clients with services to support mergers and acquisitions.

Theophilus R. Nix, Jr., Esq is currently corporate counsel for DuPont Corporation, USA where he reviews and drafts contracts for the company's $18 billion dollar sourcing department. Mr. Nix brings a breadth and depth of experience rarely seen and is a major part of our team. Dr. Harold, Aubrey is a fellow at the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Healthcare with over 25 years of decision science, operations research, and translational research expertice. Harold designed statistical analysis supporting human clinical trials funded to evaluate the efficacy of anti-retroviral drugs used to treat populations infected with HIV/AIDS. He has also mentored doctoral level decision scientists practicing at the CDC
