    Mr. Carter has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has developed many products over the years in the IT field. During the dot com expansion Mr. Carter received venture capital funding and developed XliRAd. An app server that competed with Cold Fusion, Web Logic and Oracle. See www.hhpn.com for info on that. Mr. Carter likes to develop beyond the IT world with electrical products and most recently antibodies to poison ivy, oak and sumac.
