Richard has over thirty-five years experience in general management, product development,manufacturing, industrial engineering. Has his MBA from the USC in industrial management. He has an extensive background in domestic and international manufacturing operations. Richard was the President of Bourns Electronics Groups in Riverside California. He also worked for Lockheed California Company as an Industrial Engineer Manager.

Mr. Brown has over a 30 year background in accounting and finance. Mr. Brown worked as a CPA for a number of years as Controller and CFO for a number of firms. Mr. Brown also held a position with Bank of America Venture Capital. Mr. Brown also served as a lender with one of the largest equipment leasing companies in the United States. Mr. Brown currently works with small, micro and nano cap companies as an investor, troubleshooter and consultant.

Dr. Hohulin holds several Masterʼs and Doctorates including one in biochemistry and Medical Sciences. He has authored several patents, books and has done post doctorate work in physics, biochemistry and engineering. He has developed various drug agonists that help with Parkinsonʼs and other Neuro-degenerative diseases.
Dr. Hohulin developed his first solar panel when he was 17.
