Vehawk is an Android platform smart driver app. The app automatically collects the users driving habits and presents it in a simple format so that parents of teenage drivers can review individual trips and help change the teenagers driving habits. There are 11 teenagers that die every day from texting and cell phone use while driving. Vehawk's goal is to encourage teenagers to stop using their cell phone while driving and concentrate in the road.

    After college I went on to complete my medical degree in Missouri. I then completed a residency in emergency medicine in Michigan. Since that time I have been practicing emergency medicine full time. Having seen the devastating effects of car accidents associated with using the cell phone while driving I came up with the idea of Vehawk which is a safe driver app designed to reduce the dangers of texting and driving.
