Her coaching practice inspired Digitwirl, as her LA clients and national audience responded to her tutorials on how employ life management disciplines and tools. Prior to Digitwirl, Carley held various creative positions in digital Hollywood, building some of the first-ever film and television websites for Hollywood.

VP of Business Dev. at Myspace where she structured business partnerships with third-party technology, content and e-commerce companies. Rita also served as Myspace’s VP of International Strategy where she helped launch operations in 30 countries. Rita was Director of Finance at StrongMail Systems (a Sequoia Capital-backed company), where she was responsible for all finance, accounting, legal and HR activities.
