Kim has 25 years of business experience, including commercial/technical underwriting, regional marketing program management, and branch and regional business operations management. Kim has managed business operations ranging from $5-$63 million in revenue, with as many as 65 direct reports.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in business and supply chain development, process improvement, performance management, and workforce development across industry sectors including: Manufacturing, (Automotive, Aerospace, Furniture), Health Care, Retail & Distribution, Construction, and Food Manufacturing. Tom has served on various industry councils and committees to develop and advance process capabilities for business performance.
