Kali received her MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1998. She also holds a Masters in Commerce degree from University of Madras (India). Kali has held a senior marketing position in an advertising firm. She also has worked in the Investments department at First Source Bank. She has done extensive research into the healthcare field and realized a need for a solution that addresses the communication needs between healthcare providers.

Dr. Sarv Devaraj is the Fred V. Duda Chair in Business at the University of Notre Dame. He has worked for over 15 years in healthcare and analytics with several organizations including Trinity Health and Memorial Health System. He has won international awards for his work and is currently Associate Editor for several top tier journals. He is co-author of a book published by Prentice-Hall / Financial Times on Technology Payoff.
