CareNav aims to solve this health literacy problem by empowering patients, caregivers, and their families with 1:1 virtual sessions with patient navigators, offered pre- and post-doctor visit. These sessions empower patients, increase their level of understanding, and help the family get a comprehensive picture of their health.

  • CEO & Co-founder

    Raissa began her career in the venture capital industry working for Jerusalem Venture Partners. She then served as a business operations manager consulting for ~$150M of Cisco’s business across Europe and the Middle East. Raissa completed her BA at Brown University in 2006 and her MBA at Hebrew University in 2013. In March 2016, she published a memoir about her own healthcare experience called Sugar: A Tale of Motherhood & Medicine.

  • Chief Medical Officer & Co-founder

    Stephanie has dedicated her 30+ year career to patient safety and quality of care. She spent 12 years as the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Affairs at the Southern NH Medical Center. Prior to that, she served as the Medical Director of Foundation Medical Partners. She completed her MD at Yale University, and is currently Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.
